FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS We offer free delivery on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. No minimum spend required — the price you see is the price you pay. DISPATCH TIMES As our coffee is roasted to order, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day. DELIVERY OPTIONS Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked — usually 2-4 working days after dispatch Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked — usually 1-2 working days after dispatch DPD Next Working Day — next working day with a 1-hour delivery slot (some non-mainland UK addresses may incur a surcharge) Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control. DELIVERY AREAS We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to ship to BFPO postcodes or international addresses at this time. FAILED DELIVERIES If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will follow their standard redelivery or collection process. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
