Altura was born from a belief that exceptional coffee starts long before the roaster. It begins at elevation, in the mountain, grown farms where cooler temperatures slow the cherry's development, concentrating sugars and building complexity that no amount of roasting can manufacture.
We source only speciality, grade Arabica, work directly with trusted growers, and roast every bag to order. No sitting in warehouses. No compromising on freshness.

Where It Begins
Speciality Arabica thrives at high altitude above 1,500 metres, where cooler nights and mineral-rich soils slow the ripening process. The result is a coffee with greater depth, clarity, and natural sweetness.
The backbone of all four Altura roasts. Brazilian Speciality Arabica delivers natural sweetness, a full body, and the low acidity that makes every cup approachable.
High-altitude Salvadoran farms contribute the dark chocolate depth and clean finish found in both Peak and Ascent.
Indian Speciality Arabica brings a distinctive earthiness and full body that rounds out the complexity of our Signature and Dark roasts.

Yes, every bag is roasted after you place your order, not pulled from a shelf. We aim to dispatch within 2 business days, so you're getting coffee that's genuinely fresh, not stock that's been sitting around for months.
Yes, delivery is free on every order across the UK, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise costs added at checkout.
Cruise is our smooth, easy-drinking roast with berry and vanilla notes. Peak is our signature medium roast, balanced and versatile. Ascent is our bold dark roast with deep dark chocolate character. Drift is our decaf, made using the Swiss Water Process so it tastes like proper coffee, not an afterthought.
Drift is processed using the Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free method that removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving flavour. It's not technically 100% caffeine-free, but it's as close as decaf coffee gets, and it still tastes like real coffee.
We accept returns on unopened, sealed bags within 14 days of delivery. Once a bag's been opened, it can't be returned for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours and we'll sort a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
